Meet The Team

Dr. Steven Tobias is the Director of the Center for Child & Family Development. He has over 25 years experience working with children, parents, families, and schools. 

Dr. Aboudara graduated from the Rutgers GSAPP program in 2014. She is a licensed clinical Psychologist as well as a certified NJ School Psychologist.

Dr. Margaret Tobias is a licensed psychologist in New Jersey. She has specialized training in cognitive behavioral psychotherapy, family therapy, and parenting skills.

Dr. Joseph Ferrito is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist in NJ. He specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Dr. Perry Bell received his doctorate in Psychology from the Rutgers GSAPP program. He also holds a NJ Certification as a School Psychologist.

Dr. Marilyn Ruiz is a physician licensed to practice medicine in NJ with a specialty in pediatrics and additional medical training in neurodevelopmental pediatrics.
