Do you accept insurance?

We are out-of-network providers and do not accept insurance. Full payment is requested at the time of service. We provide superbills on a monthly basis via our Client Portal. The superbill will contain all the information and codes needed if you choose to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We recommend that you ask your insurance company about out-of-network benefits before beginning treatment.
